Sinopsis singkat :
Seorang wanita muda bernama Ji Hyun sedang menikmati kebahagiaan, karena ia akan menikah dengan tunangannya, tapi hidup nya yang sempurna hancur dalam sebuah kecelakaan mobil yang menyebabkannya dalam keadaan koma. Dia diberi kesempatan hidup kedua, tetapidengan syarat: dia harus menemukan tiga orang di luar keluarganya yang akan menangisinya dengan air mata yang tulus untuknya.
